Wednesday night, November 27, also known as Black Wednesday for the high volume of liquor sales, the Naperville Police Department will deploy extra uniformed and plainclothes officers in the Central Business District with cooperation of the downtown liquor establishments.
The mission of the downtown detail is to address any and all liquor related concerns, disorderly conduct investigations, public urination, pedestrian/vehicle traffic issues and crimes against persons.
