City seeks resident feedback on website for redesign

-

The City of Naperville is seeking public feedback on its website via an online survey at www.naperville.il.us/2013websurvey.aspx. Any individual who has used the City’s website at any point in the past is invited to take this brief survey that city_of_naperville_websitewill help shape the future of the City’s online presence and allow Naperville to better serve its residents, business and visitors. The survey will be available through the end of October 2013.

The survey asks respondents to list why they visited the website as well as whether they were able to accomplish the task. Respondents are also asked whether they would use potential future online services and to list any features they would like to have available.

“As Naperville works to completely revitalize its online presence, we are looking to users of the website to explain what they use it for and any positive or negative feedback they can provide,” Communications Manager Linda LaCloche said. “Knowing how our residents use our website currently and what features they would want to have available can help us chart the course for the future redesign of the site.”
