It’s been three years since my friend and mentor Craig Allen passed away unexpectedly. I miss him everyday. I have spent the last three years doing my best to do his memory proud.
In the three years since I took the reigns, we have placed more than 600 dogs and cats from high kill shelters. This year alone we have adopted out 240 dogs. Our adoptions have taken off.
We have been working hard to find the best of the best dog and cat foods. Raw food like Tucker’s and Primal. Dry foods like Born Free, Great Life, Spring Naturals and Lotus in addition to our favorite foods by Fromm have made us a destination for problem solving diets.
We have brought in many new supplements to keep your animals healthy. So many new toys to keep you and your critters busy. We have increased our treat selection to make it the best around. We have treats and chews you won’t find anywhere else.
Winter is on the horizon. We will have a great selection of winter clothing for your dog. I used to think it was silly until I adopted two dogs that won’t go out in the cold without their coats.
At the end of the day, I still have a passion for what we do at Dog Patch. I know that my friend Craig had it until his last day. Because of him I think I will, too.
