Naperville Junior Woman’s Club hosts annual Safety Town Trick or Treat

UPDATE 2014 / The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club’s Annual Trick or Treat at Safety Town is slated from 10AM to 2PM on Sat., Oct. 18.

Youngsters and their parents will be given lessons in safe Trick or Treating. Parking is available across River Road in the church parking lot.  Cross the street carefully and according to the crossing guard. Admission is set at $1 per person with a nonperishable food donation.

2013 Post / The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club has announced its Annual Trick or Treat at Safety Town will be held from 10AM to 2PM on Sat., Oct. 19.

This event offers an opportunity for children ages 2-10 to enjoy the fun and friendship of trick or treating in a safe environment. A short lesson on safe trick or treating will be taught to the children.

All children who attend should be dressed in Halloween costumes and ready to have a good time while learning. The cost is $1 per child, plus at least one nonperishable food donation for Loaves and Fishes Community Pantry in Naperville.

Safety Town’s Annual Trick or Treat event is a cooperative effort between the Naperville Junior Woman’s Club, local corporate sponsors and teen volunteers.

Safety Town is located at 1320 Aurora Ave. at River Road on the campus with the Naperville Police and Fire Departments.

The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club is looking for energetic, enthusiastic women to join its service organization. Every year members give thousands of hours of service to the community and thousands of dollars to various charitable organizations including Safety Town.

The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club will host its Annual Ladies Night Out Event, Ladies Shop BeCAUSE at the Lisle-Naperville Hilton on November 14. This fantastic shopping event benefits The Humanitarian Service Project and Naperville’s Safety Town.
