Charity bartenders will shake, pour and beg for tips during CityGate Grille’s Patio Shakedown to benefit DuPage PADS 6-9PM on Wednesday, July 24.
The battle of the festivals, Ribfest versus the Last Fling, will raise money for DuPage PADS. Representing Ribfest will be charity bartenders Marty Walker, Ribfest 2013 Executive Director and “the godfather” of Ribfest, Bruce Erickson. Representing the Last Fling will be charity bartenders Bill Eagan, Executive Director of the Last Fling 2013 and Chad Pedigo, Last Fling 2014 Executive Director.
All tips and 20 percent of patio food sales will benefit DuPage PADS, a local, non-profit organization with a mission to end homelessness in DuPage County. This event is open to the public. Guests are encouraged to RSVP through CityGate Grille’s Facebook page; however, walk-ins are welcome to join in on the charitable fun.
