It’s been eight years since NCTV17 Executive Director Liz Spencer began sitting down one-on-one with business leaders from around the community on Naperville’s popular talk show, Business Connection. Since then, hundreds of local businessmen and women have taken advantage of NCTV17’s Business Membership program and told their unique story in a freeflowing interview with Liz, sharing everything from what makes their business successful to their involvement in the community.
Businesses of every type and size make up the Naperville area business scene, and Business Connection reflects that same diversity. Dan Casey has appeared eight times, providing his yearly update about Casey’s Foods, and in the past few months, we’ve visited with Bernie Cobb from RE/MAX of Naperville; Stephanie Jones-Kastelic and Dave Jones, Co-Owners of Friedrich- Jones & Overman-Jones Funeral Homes & Cremation Services; learned about a new 60-minute workout concept at OrangeTheory Fitness; and been introduced to Jaana Lillemagi’s ballroom dance studio, My Dance Hub. World of Beer explained their many varieties of specialty beer; and Ramon Nayar, Artist/Owner at ISO Splash Photography & Design, welcomed us into his home to showcase his indoor and outdoor portrait studio. We’ve learned about acupuncture from Brian Musial of Acupuncture, I.N.C.; experienced the passion and energy from School of Rock music directors; and we’ve gone on-site to see Infiniti of Naperville’s new location. Large financial institutions such as BMO Harris Bank, smaller financial firms like Millington Financial Advisors, and all businesses in-between have shared the studio with host Liz Spencer.
