Somewhere just north of Naperville’s central business district lies the Naperville Art League’s Fine Art Center and Gallery. Although well known to its members and students for its many classes, NAL’s gallery comes as surprise to some local residents. On an almost daily basis, visitors drop into the center and proclaim that they didn’t know the place existed.
Wishing to dispel the anonymity, the organizers of NAL have come up with a solution that will draw the public into its beautiful environment and create an awareness of its many offerings.
Taking a cue from urban galleries and museums, NAL now will open its doors from 7-9PM on the fourth Friday of every month in an ongoing celebration of art. Appetizers and libation will be mixed with camaraderie as artists and art lovers meet and explore their shared passion. Musicians, poets and interpretive dancers are all invited to express themselves on the open mike “stage.”
Why not make this a time to discover the allure of the Naperville Fine Art Center and Gallery? Relax in a welcoming, art-filled atmosphere that provides live entertainment at a great value. Bring your friends or come alone, enjoy a glass of wine, some crudité and lively conversation. Inspiration awaits!
