The City of Naperville invites the public to join City Manager Doug Krieger and survey consultant Chris Tatham of ETC Institute at a town hall meeting on Tuesday, April 30.
The event will take place from 7 to 8:30PM in Council Chambers of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., and feature an overview of the survey results and methodology used throughout the process.
In addition, the City Manager will discuss how the survey is the basis for Naperville’s future strategic planning process. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions during a facilitated question and answer session.
In 2012, the City worked with ETC Institute to administer a survey to randomly selected households across the City. The Citizen Survey assessed satisfaction with the quality of City services and gathered input about community priorities. Complete survey results are available to view and download at www.naperville.il.us/citizensurvey.aspx. The survey is available both in its entirety and in individual sections to facilitate ease of reading. In addition, paper copies are available at the City Clerk’s office in the Naperville Municipal Center and at all three Naperville Public Library branches.
Watch It Live! Watch the Re-broadcast!
For those who cannot attend in person, the town hall meeting will be broadcast live on government access TV station WCNC (Ch. 6 – WOW, Ch. 10 – Comcast and Ch. 99 – AT&T) and streamed live via the City’s website at www.naperville.il.us/granicus.html. The event will be re-broadcast several times on WCNC in the coming months and available to view on-demand via the website.
For a full schedule of re-broadcast times, visit www.naperville.il.us/wcnc.aspx.
Editor’s Note: And wouldn’t it be great to see a little spring magic with tulips in bloom in the planters in the upper parking deck at the Municipal Center by April 30! Every year local garden clubs volunteer their services to plant and care for the flowers in public places throughout town. Thanks to all!
