First Community Bank – Naperville has announced it will hold its Grand Opening Event. Mayor A. George Pradel will be officiating and cutting the ribbon on the newly renovated space.
The event will be held from 4 to 4:30PM on Wed., March 6, at the bank’s new location in Naperville Plaza at 24 W. Gartner, Suite 104.
“We are pleased to announce our Grand Opening Event for our Naperville Plaza location for First Community Bank – Naperville,” said Scott Wehrli, Member of the Board of Directors. “We are excited to move to a central Naperville location and continue providing local-focus banking we are proud to be known for.”
First Community Bank has been renovating the storefront that has a history of banking for the past several months. The location was home to Washington Bank & Trust in the 1970’s, founded by a group of local businessmen – the original vault is still in place. First Community Bank has updated and upgraded the retail space and added a drive through lane around the building.
First Community Bank is a Naperville bank in every sense of the word; the board of directors is made up of local businesspeople who have each personally invested in the bank. The focus of the bank is growing the local economy, with a professional banking team overseeing the lending of local money to Naperville area businesses. FDIC insured, First Community Bank Naperville is a Branch of First Community Financial Bank.
