trWith the beginning of the New Year, there have been a lot of changes for the Exchange Club of Naperville. We found a new club meeting place. We are now meeting at Hugo’s Frog Pond on the first and third Fridays of the month.
Our thanks and appreciation go out to Hossein Jamali who allowed the club to meet at Meson Sabika for many years. We truly enjoyed having our meetings there and now look forward to our new home at Hugo’s and thank Anthony Losurdo for working with us on our lunch meetings.
Also the Membership Engagement Committee changed from first Mondays at Hugo’s to first Wednesdays at Jimmy’s. This casual time is for the members to relax and just socialize with no meeting agendas. Thank you to Hugo’s for having us and thank you to Jimmy for letting us gather there.
The National Exchange Club is once again offering a free 90-day membership trial called Stand Up America. Anyone who joins the Exchange Club of Naperville between the dates of January 15, 2013 – April 15, 2013, will not have to pay National or Club dues for 90 days. This will give the prospective member an opportunity to meet the members and learn all about Exchange. There are a variety of exciting committees to join and ways to become involved in the community.
