31st Annual Gingerbread Junction Craft Show at Hill Middle School /9AM-3PM / Over 60 vendors of handmade crafts, winter decor,  gifts, pottery, glass and jewelry and will be selling their wares at Thayer Hill Middle School 1836 Brookdale Rd., (just west of Route 59, south of Diehl) / Admission is $3/adult; students free / This benefits the students of Hill Middle School.

Little Friends Parade of Lights / 4:30-6:30PM / This year’s Little Friends Parade of Lights will take place on Dec. 1, one week later than previous years, and it will have a new route—right through downtown Naperville on Main St.!

The Naperville Men’s Glee Club–Christmas Presence I Concert /7:30-9:00PM / Begin your holiday season on a festive note with The Naperville Men’s Glee Club! “Christmas Presence I” features beautiful seasonal music specifically arranged for the mellow sounds of male chorus. Local soloists and instrumentalists will also perform. Pete Ellman Big Band & the Naperville Chorus perform ‘A Jazzy Christmas’ / 8PM / The Naperville Chorus joins with Pete Ellman Big Band to present “A Jazzy Christmas”  in North Central College’s Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave. The groups will perform “A Christmas Cantata” for big band and mixed chorus and feature two solos by renowned Swedish musician and composer Nils Lindberg. German language church service at St. John /11:30AM /Church services in the German language will be held at St. John United Church of Christ. All are welcome to attend. St. John UCC is located at 1190 Olesen Drive. Services in German are held on the first Sunday of every month and will continue on  January 6, 2013.
