The City of Naperville informs residents and interested parties that email service to and from City staff and external parties is once again available.
In conjunction with the restoration of external email, the Citizen Support Center feature on the City’s website at www.naperville.il.us is now functioning. This service allows residents to communicate via email with the City on a variety of topics and also place service requests, such as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Please begin using the Citizen Support Center or City staff email addresses versus the general cityofnaperville@gmail.com address that has been in place.
Please also note that the Streaming Media Archives on the City’s website at www.naperville.il.us/granicus.html is largely functional. While live meeting streaming remains unavailable and will for the foreseeable future, residents and interested parties can view video and audio of previous City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Transportation Advisory Board meetings and workshops as well as meeting and workshop agendas and packets on the site.
