City of Naperville website is now back online

The City of Naperville informs residents and interested parties that the City’s website is once again available to view at www.naperville.il.us.

While the vast majority of the information and features of the site have been restored, please note that certain functions of the site continue to be worked on and will remain unavailable until further notice. The City thanks its residents for their patience during this time.

At this time, email service to and from City staff and external parties continues to remain unavailable. Residents and businesses who wish to communicate with the City via email can continue to do so by emailing cityofnaperville@gmail.com. This email account is be monitored by City staff and inquiries will be routed to the appropriate department for handling. Phone numbers and links to separate email addresses for the Mayor and City Council are available to view at www.naperville.il.us/council.aspx.

Residents wishing to contact City staff for various matters, including items such as FOIA requests or building permits, can still call (630) 420-6111. They will be directed through a phone tree and should follow the appropriate department prompts. Residents also can inquire in person about their issue at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., during normal business hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
