The City of Naperville is conducting a citywide Citizen Survey for the purpose of soliciting feedback from residents on a variety of City services.
Earlier this month, a survey was distributed via mail to a random sampling of 2,500 households throughout the community. The City greatly appreciates residents taking a few minutes of their time to fill out the survey.
In addition to those households randomly chosen to participate, the City is making the survey available electronically to all residents who wish to share their thoughts. To participate, visit www.napervillesurvey.com and fill out the survey electronically by Thursday, November 15. Results will be instrumental in establishing City priorities in the coming years and making positive changes throughout the community.
“All of our residents have so many wonderful ideas and thoughts on how to improve our quality of life and the quality of City services,” Mayor A. George Pradel said. “If you received a survey in the mail, please take the time to respond as your input represents your neighborhood and is so important to us. Even if you did not receive a survey in the mail, we want you to share your thoughts with us. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help make Naperville a world class city.”
The last Citizen Survey was conducted in 2008. Results from that survey helped the City make several changes to a variety of services, such as information access and sidewalk installation.
