Temporary Information Page Available at www.naperville.il.us

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — The City of Naperville informs residents and interested parties that the City’s full website remains unavailable at this time. A temporary information page with essential City information, including phone numbers, a link to the eBill service for electronic utility bill customers, meeting agendas and packets and details about important City services is available to view at www.naperville.il.us.

At this time, email service to and from City staff and external parties remains unavailable. However, residents and businesses who wish to communicate with the City via email can now do so by emailing cityofnaperville@gmail.com. This email account will be monitored daily by City staff and inquiries will be routed to the appropriate department for handling.

In addition, a page has been set up at www.naperville.il.us/mayorcouncil.htm to provide residents with a way to contact the Mayor and City Council. Included on that page are links to phone numbers and separate email addresses set up for these elected officials.

People wishing to contact City staff for various matters, including items such as FOIA requests or building permits, can still call (630) 420-6111. They will be directed through a phone tree and should follow the appropriate department prompts. Residents also can inquire in person about their issue at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., during normal business hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

City information is also available via the City’s other communication outlets, including government access TV station WCNC (Ch.6-WOW, Ch.10-Comcast, Ch.99-AT&T) and WPFP 1610AM. Residents and other interested parties can also visit the City’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/NapervilleIL and Twitter account at www.twitter.com/NapervilleIL.
