Order pizza Oct. 22-27 to support Hope Children’s Hospital

-

Aurelio’s Pizza will be donating a percentage of proceeds October 22-27 to Hope Children’s Hospital as part of its annual October fundraising campaign. Aurelio’s has two Naperville locations: 931 W. 75th St and 1975 Springbrook Square Dr.

Aurelio’s Pizza has been supporting Hope Children’s Hospital in numerous ways since 1998. Traditionally, every October, Aurelio’s leads the Aurelio’s Pumpkin Project whereby customers purchase paper pumpkins for $1 to hang in Aurelio’s restaurants and other area businesses.

This year, Aurelio’s has decided to raise awareness of the hospital and expand its fundraising effort by enlisting all of its customers through a donation of a percentage of sales across all of its locations.

“Hope Children’s Hospital was there for me and my family during our time of greatest need,” said Joe Aurelio, president and CEO of Aurelio’s Pizza. “They do so much good for so many children and their families. It’s important to me that all of our Aurelio’s Pizza locations help raise awareness and funds to support their mission…We’re really hoping our customers will come out in droves to support this wonderful pediatric hospital.”

Hope Children’s Hospital provides state-of-the-art pediatric care to children throughout Chicagoland and Midwest. The hospital also is internationally noted for pioneering advances in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric heart disease, and offers the latest treatment options for virtually all childhood cancers and blood disorders. Ranked among the nation’s top 50 children’s hospitals in cardiology and heart surgery by U.S. News & World Report, Hope Children’s Hospital’s Outpatient Pediatric Cancer program is the largest in the Midwest. In addition, it is home to The Heart Institute for Children, a national center for research and development and the largest pediatric cardiology program in the Midwest.
