Actors in fourth through eighth grade may audition either on Saturday, Oct. 27 or Sunday, Oct. 28 from 1:00-2:30PM. High school and adult actors may audition on either day from 2:30-4PM. Call backs, if necessary, will be held on Monday, Oct. 29 at 7PM.

All those auditioning will be required to perform cold readings from the script, sing from 32 measures of a prepared song of their choice, and participate in a dance/movement audition. Rehearsals will generally be scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons between Nov. 1 and Jan. 10, with a holiday break between Dec. 21 and Jan. 6. Daily rehearsals will begin Jan. 13. There will be eight performances on the weekends of Jan. 18-20 and 25-27 provided.

Magical Starlight Theatre is a program of The Naperville Park District. Magical Starlight strives to include community actors and production staff of all ages in its productions and provides a unique opportunity for adults and young people to work together as peers and learn from one another.
