Ogden Avenue roadway patching continues; expect delays

-

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The City of Naperville informs residents and motorists that the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will continue patching areas of roadway on Ogden Avenue in Naperville and Lisle through the week of October 1.  The IDOT Project includes lane closures, so anticipate long delays for at least another week.

Work will continue on Ogden Avenue between Jefferson Avenue in Naperville east to the I-355 Tollway in Lisle with most of the work occurring east of Naper Boulevard beginning next week. Crews are working anywhere from 7AM to 6PM and are using flaggers in some areas to indicate lane closures.

Residents and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes of travel whenever possible.

As with any construction project, the City of Naperville would like to remind motorists to stay alert, use caution and abide by all traffic regulations when driving through construction zones.
