Final upgrades for library computers scheduled for Sept. 26

-

The computer system that operates the Naperville Public Library’s catalog and circulation transactions will undergo its final upgrade on Wed, September. 26. Online, Library users will be unable to access My Account, Library catalog, online databases. The phone renewal system will also be unavailable.

Readers will be able to visit the three library buildings, check out materials and access online databases. They will need to have a library card in hand or know the entire 14-digit number in order to check out materials during this time.

“This final stage of our upgrade will keep the system up-to-date, and provide more robust and secure services to our patrons.” explains Frances Tong, Information Technology Supervisor. “We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Please do contact us with any problems or concerns you have with the upgrade.”
