The computer system that operates the Naperville Public Library’s catalog and circulation transactions will be upgraded on Wed., August 22. Online, Library users will be unable to access My Account, Library catalog, online databases, and the phone renewal system. Readers will be able to come into the three library buildings and check out materials and access online databases. The Library encourages readers to bring library cards for faster service.
“This maintenance upgrade will keep the system up-to-date, and provide more robust and secure services to our patrons.” said Frances Tong, Information Technology Supervisor. “We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Please do contact us with any problems or concerns you have with the upgrade.”
