Refuse and recycling survey now available online

As part of the City’s Strategic Plan Initiatives adopted by the Naperville City Council, the Department of Public Works is examining residents’ satisfaction with its refuse and recycling programs.

A survey is now available online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/garbagecollection  and on the City’s website at www.naperville.il.us/garbage.aspx, www.naperville.il.us/curbsiderecycling.aspx and via the “Refuse and Recycling Survey” link in the Featured Topics section of the website at www.naperville.il.us. Residents are encouraged to provide their feedback about these services.

The survey will be available online through August 31, 2012, and results will be available for the public to view this fall. To obtain a paper copy of the survey, please call the Department of Public Works at (630) 420-6095.
