Focus on Accessibility — Special Needs Nights at Centennial Beach

-

Families or individuals who have special needs (and their friends) are invited to enjoy a quiet, relaxing evening of open swimming after hours at Centennial Beach.  The goal is to provide people with special needs a more serene and relaxing experience than they would have during normal operating hours.

During this time, only the shallow end and slide will be open. Patrons will not have access to diving boards, piers or rafts.

The Naperville Park District strives to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all its services and programs.  Centennial Beach and the Bath House are fully accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities.

No registration is required. Cost is $3 per person at the door or you may apply your Beach membership toward entry.  Special Needs Evenings will be held on Sunday, July 15 and July 29, 2012.
