Fireworks: Tuesday, July 3, 9:30PM at Ribfest

Annual fireworks display taking place this year on Tues., July 3 at 9:30PM.

The City of Naperville reminds residents that this year, the annual fireworks display will be held at 9:30PM on Tues., July 3 in Knoch Park, 724 S. West St., instead of on the actual Independence Day holiday.

Held in conjunction with the annual Ribfest event, Ribfest gates will open to the public at 7:30PM on Tues., July 3 for the fireworks show. Additional road closures and restrictions, along with special shuttles and remote parking locations for Ribfest and fireworks attendees, are in effect on that day. The City also reminds residents that the Naperville Municipal Center will be closed on Wed., July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

There will be no curbside garbage/recycling collection on Wed., July 4. Residents whose regular collection occurs on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of that week will have their garbage and recycling picked up one day later.
