RIBFEST & THE NEAR BEER BAND / 3:30-4:30PM Sat., June 30 / Performance on the  Show Wagon Stage where the “Ribbers” are located. Members of the Near Beer Band have been playing music together almost 40 years. Genre is Country Rock, Rockabilly, Cajun and Old time Rock and Roll.  INFO: www.reverbnation.com/thenearbeerband. ONE MORE TIME (OMT) PLAYS AT RIBFEST / 2PM Sat., June 30 / A bunch of homegrown Naperville musicians will take the stage at Ribfest.

DUPAGE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA PERFORMANCE / 8PM Sat., June 30 / DSO will perform patriotic music from Europe and the Americas, including “Fanfare for the Common Man,” “Finlandia,” “New World Symphony” and a host of popular folk tunes from American history. 25TH ANNUAL RIBFEST HOSTED BY EXCHANGE CLUB OF NAPERVILLE / June 29-July 3 / Four fun-filled days of family events and concerts at Knoch Park / www.ribfest.net  / REO Speedwagon will take the North Stage to perform the opening night music for Ribfest 2011: / Admission: $12 at the gate.  $9 if purchased in advance.  www.ribfest.net / Funds raised during Ribfest help fight child abuse, domestic violence and strengthen families in our local communities. RIBFEST FEATURES 5 OFF-SITE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES TO KNOCH PARK / 11:30AM-10:30PM, June 29-July 3 / FREE public shuttles serving Ribfest run continuously on all days except from the Burlington Commuter Lot and Naperville North High School. Shuttle service from the Burlington Commuter Lot will begin at 6PM on July 1 and 2. Shuttle service from Naperville North High School will begin at 2PM on July 1 only. Following are the 2010 Ribfest shuttle bus locations:

WATCH 2012 FIREWORKS IN NAPERVILLE ON JULY 3 —NOT JULY 4 / 5PM Tues., July 3 / In keeping with Judd Kendall Post 3873 tradition, members will watch  Naperville’s spectacular fireworks display held on July 3 from the lawn at the Post. The grill will be available for cooking. Festivities include fun, frolic and camaraderie as the order of the day. Visit with family and friends.  NOTE!
