Casey’s Foods has announced its new Caribbean Jerk Petite Chuck Tender is now available in the butcher shop.
A very tender cut of beef marinated in a blend of Worcestershire sauce, scallions, vinegar, lemon, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, crushed red pepper, nutmeg and salt is prepared for grilling.
Cooking recommendations are to grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked as desired.
The new cut is currently $9.98 per pound.
The weekend demo is from 11AM-3PM Saturday and Sunday.
