Audition soon for Summer Place Theatre’s production of ‘Joseph’

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be staged this summer

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s early collaboration takes the famous Bible story; adds infectious tunes, clever lyrics, and a little bit of Elvis, and then Summer Place Theatre will put a little rock ‘n roll into performances of “Joseph a & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcost,” July 27 through Aug. 5.

Auditions have been scheduled on the following dates:

Sunday, May 20, 2-5PM – ADULTS ONLY
Naperville Central HS Community Room (enter at NW side of Auditorium) – 440 W. Aurora Ave.
Please prepare 16 measures of a Broadway song, preferably not from “Joseph.”

Monday, May 21, 7-9PM – CHILDREN 10 & up ONLY
Note:
 Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
The Barn Recreation Center – 421 W. Martin Ave., Naperville
Please prepare 16 measures of a Broadway song, preferably not from “Joseph”
A dance combination will be taught.

Tuesday, May 22, 7-10PM – ADULTS ONLY
Naperville Central HS Community Room (enter at NW side of Auditorium) – 440 W. Aurora Ave.
Please prepare 16 measures of a Broadway song, preferably not from “Joseph.”

CALLBACKS: Wed., May 23, 7-10PM – ADULTS ONLY
Naperville Central HS Community Room (enter at NW side of Auditorium)
A dance combination will be taught.

Rehearsals will be Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 7-10PM in Naperville.
