Park District to host Hershey Track Meet for kids

Meet will take place at Neuqua Valley High School Track; parking available at Frontier Park

Youth ages 9–14 are invited to participate in the 2012 Hershey Track Meet, presented by the Naperville Park District, the Illinois Park and Recreation Association, and The Hershey Company at the Neuqua Valley High School Track next Saturday, May 19.  The meet begins promptly at 11:30AM and concludes at 3PM.

The Hershey Track Meet is a free event, giving kids the opportunity to compete in track events, including individual running events (50, 100, 400, 800, and 1600 meters), a 4–by-100 relay, standing long jump, and softball throw.

Neuqua will be hosting a Fine Arts Fair the same day and track meet participants and spectators are advised to park at Frontier Sports Complex, located just south of the high school.
