2012 Rockin’ for the Troops at Cantigny

Tickets for this year’s concert to go on sale Friday, May 4

For the seventh year in a row, Operation Support Our Troops America will host Rockin’ for the Troops to raise money for its mission: to support all aspects of America’s military, from enlistment to veteran, and their families.

The concert will take place Sat.,  July 21 at Cantigny Park in Wheaton.

The benefit concert, a collaborative effort by Navistar Corporation, Cantigny Park and OSOT America, features award-winning and critically acclaimed actor Gary Sinise (Det. Mack Taylor in CSI: NY and Lt. Dan Taylor in Forrest Gump) and his band, The Lt. Dan Band.

In addition to the award-winning, critically acclaimed actor Gary Sinise and his Lt. Dan band (8:45PM), this year’s nonstop music lineup will include a variety of musicians and bands to entertain at Cantigny Park.

Gates open at 12PM with main stage entertainment beginning at 3PM with performances by other entertainment to be named soon.

Operation Support our Troops – America is a volunteer based nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the morale and well being of troops serving in harm’s way, their families and the returning veteran. The organization was founded in 2003 and has over 300 volunteers who donate over 10,000 volunteer hours annually.
