Leaders in the mortgage industry are building alliances to create stronger business models
Lynmar Lending Group, Inc. owners, Mary E. Bazan and Lynda W. Reilly, have chosen to align their company with One Mortgage, Inc., a Texas-based company.
The new organization will continue to operate from the Lynmar foundation of high level customer service, competitive rates and business integrity. The combined management team’s depth and understanding of the industry will enable the One Mortgage, Inc. to develop a lending platform that brings state of the art technology, expanded programs, aggressive rates, in-house underwriting and a fresh approach to lending.
Recognized as an industry leader, Lynmar Lending Group, Inc., was a finalist for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce “Small Business of the Year Award” in 2010. In 2011, Lynmar Lending Group received the “Best of Naperville” Award for providing outstanding customer service and quality lending solutions to their clients.
High standards and strong community commitment have been the framework of Lynmar Lending Group, Inc. Reilly received Chicago Magazine’s “Five Star Award” in 2011 and was featured as a top professional in Chicago Magazine. Reilly is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Naperville/Downtown and recently this year joined the Board of Directors at the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation in School District 204.
Bazan is recognized for her dedication to her clients and volunteer service. Her commitment to community is highly recognized as a member of the Jeanine Nicarico Memorial Fund for Literacy Steering Committee where she is the Race Director and Co-Founder of “Run for Reading,” now in its 11th year. She is also Board Member and Co-Race Director for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill “Run for the Mind.”
Bazan and Reilly will assume the positions of Director of Regional Operations, sharing the responsibility for overseeing the growth of the Midwest. One Mortgage, Inc. will use the Naperville location as the nucleus for the Illinois and Wisconsin platform as they undertake a selective growth strategy by acquiring or establishing new locations to build a substantial presence in the Midwest. The Naperville location will become a regional production office with the responsibility for underwriting, closing and funding for loans in the Midwest region.
NOR Partners, L.P. located in Fort Worth, Texas, formed One Mortgage Holdings, Inc., in the fall of 2010, to create a national residential mortgage banker to capitalize on the changing regulatory environment. When One Mortgage Holdings, Inc., sought to partner with a mortgage company, they were looking for a prominent company with a history of financial strength, a strong management team, innovative services and great customer service.
Lynmar Lending Group, Inc. was chosen to spring board the new company’s growth with its well established business credentials. The current plan is to grow this location to over 25 licensed loan originators and from there to add a number of additional branches in the Chicago area and in Wisconsin.
