360 Youth Services Plans 13th Annual Spring Ahead Run at Calamos

-

Calamos will present the 13th Annual 360 Youth Services Spring Ahead Run on Sunday, April 15. The event will start and end at the Calamos Investment campus at 2020 Calamos Drive, Naperville, located on the southeast corner of Ferry Road and Rt. 59, and will feature a 1 mile Kid’s Fun Run, a 5K Street Run, a 5K Wheelchair Race and a 10K Trail Run.

“We are excited to announce that former Chicago Bear and NBC5 Sportscaster Mike Adamle and Chicago Blackhawks Mascot Tommy Hawk will be participating in the Kids Fun Run,” said Dawn Portner, Race Director.  “It is always fun to see the excitement on the kids faces before, during and after this event, and having Mr. Adamle and Tommy Hawk joining us, will just add to the excitement”. There is a cap on both the Kids Fun Run at 350 and the 10K event at 500, so it is suggested that runners sign up in advance for these events.

Proceeds from the race go to support the programs and services of 360 Youth Services (formerly NCO Youth & Family Services), a non-profit, charitable organization, whose goal is to enrich the lives and relationships of youth and families through prevention education, counseling and housing.  360 Youth Services has been proving services to the community for 41 years.
