Chicago Symphony Orchestra will perform May 19 at North Central College, marking the CSO’s third appearance in the acoustically stunning Wentz Concert Hall.
The performance will begin at 8PM Sat., May 19, in Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, located near more than 40 downtown Naperville eateries at 171 E. Chicago Ave.

The performance by the 80-piece CSO concludes North Central College’s stellar 2011-2012 Sesquicentennial Fine & Performing Arts Season. This past year, the performance series has featured such legends of classical, jazz and rock music as Yo-Yo Ma, Herbie Hancock and The Beach Boys.
The evening’s program will include Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, under the direction of renowned conductor Jaap van Zweden, and Vaughan Williams’ Tuba Concerto featuring acclaimed soloist Gene Pokorny.
