DuPage Children’s Museum’s (DCM) Board of Directors announced the election of a new community leader to their board. The Museum and its board are happy to welcome its newest member, Bill Lange.
Mr. Lange is the senior vice president at Morgan Stanley in Lisle and has been with the company for more than 35 years. He is also a member of the Kiwanis and has been active in other community organizations such as Edward Foundation Board, the Rotary Club and the American Diabetes Association.
Lange and his wife, Patty, reside in Naperville. Their two children, Scott and Kimberly, also live in the area with their five grandchildren, who are frequent visitors to the Museum.
“As a member of the Museum’s Board of Directors, I hope to contribute to fundraising efforts and to gain support from additional local businesses,” said Lange. “I look forward to working with the Museum and the other board members that I’ve gotten to know by attending the annual Benefit Ball for the past several years.”
DuPage Children’s Museum’s board and staff developed a strategic plan for 2011-2015, which will guide the Museum’s future efforts to support early learning,
“We look forward to Bill’s contributions and efforts to help the Museum implement the strategic plan and provide critical learning experiences for all children regardless of whatever physical, developmental or financial barriers they face,” said Ron Dietz, chairman of the DCM Board of Directors.
