The position doesn’t come with a clear job description, most of the training is ‘on-the-job’, no two people handle their responsibilities the same way, it’s a 24/7/365 commitment, there’s no paycheck or official retirement date … however, the benefits are priceless!

NCTV17 is excited to announce the launch of the Naperville Moms Network, a new half-hour mom-focused talk show hosted by Dr. Cathy Subber. This dynamic mother of two teenage boys owns a chiropractic practice in town, was the Chairman of the Board for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, and is currently the Chief Mama of the online Naperville Moms Network – a position she’s held since 2012.
With the goal of supporting and empowering moms as they navigate life’s ups and downs, Dr. Cathy will bring to the TV screen the conversations that take place among 15,000 local moms online.
Joining Dr. Cathy are three moms; each of whom is at different stage of the motherhood journey.
Erica Lopez has lived in Naperville for five years. With a background in education she is now a full-time stay-at-home mom to two young children; the oldest is in kindergarten. Saritha Arellano has lived in Naperville for over 25 years. Previously a CFO, she now runs a consulting company for start-up businesses and STEM enrichment programs. Saritha has two children; one in middle school, the other in high school. Patti Minglin is mom to three kids; two in college and one in high school. Patti owns her own content marketing company in downtown Naperville.
Together with Dr. Cathy, these three moms will talk about their own personal experiences as moms and women. Viewers will hear about what’s worked – and not worked. What keeps them up at night – or gets them up in the morning. With some good pragmatic advice – and a healthy dose of humor – these four Naperville moms will explore the many challenges and blessings of being a mother.
The Naperville Moms Network will premiere on Channel 17 in Naperville and online via simultaneous stream and on-demand at NCTV17.com at 9PM on Thurs., Feb. 1.
