Under the leadership of Conductor and Music Director Ron Keller, the Naperville Municipal Band performed its Fall Concert, a tribute to Veterans and America’s patriotic music, on Sunday, Nov. 12, at the Wentz Concert Hall.

Dr. Harry Hindson, a former member of the U.S. Navy Band in Washington D.C., performed “A Gershwin Fantasy,” a saxophone solo.

To highlight local nonprofit organizations at the indoor concerts as well as during the summer concert series, a portion of the concert was dedicated to a presentation about Naperville Responds for Veterans, an all-volunteer group that assists Veterans and their families by raising funds for building materials and professional labor while coordinating the process of repairing and maintaining homes for those local families in need.
