NAPERVILLE, Ill. — At approximately 9:02PM (Tues., July 18) Naperville Police Department officers responded to the 1500 block of north Naper Boulevard for the report of a robbery in progress outside a local restaurant. Upon arrival it was determined that the offenders, who had left the scene prior to police arrival, displayed a silver colored handgun and stole the victim’s cellphone, car keys, undisclosed amount of currency, and concert tickets. The offenders left the scene westbound on Ogden Avenue in a black sedan. There were no injuries reported during this incident.
The offenders are described as follows:
Offender 1: Male, black, early 20’s, approximately 6’01”, thin build, and short hair. He was reported to be wearing a black or orange shirt and shorts. The subject was armed with a short silver handgun.
Offender 2: Male, white, early 20’s, approximately 5’09”, medium build, medium length black hair. He was reported to be wearing a black shirt and shorts.
