NAPERVILLE, Ill. — At approximately 8:53PM (Sat., May 13) Naperville Police Department officers responded to the 1600 block of north Route 59 for the report of a robbery in progress at a local convenience store. Upon arrival it was determined that the offenders, who had left the scene prior to police arrival, displayed dark colored, semi-automatic handguns and stole food and an undisclosed amount of currency.
The offenders left the scene southbound out Route 59 in an unknown vehicle, possibly silver in color. There were no injuries involved in this incident.
The offenders are described as follows:
Offender 1: Male, black, early 20’s, approximately 6’00”, thin build. He was reported to be wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.
Offender 2: Male, black, early 20’s, approximately 6’00”, thin build with shoulder length dreadlocks. He was reported to be wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with white lettering, gray sweatpants and was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
Offender 3: Male, black, early 20’s, approximately 6’00”, thin build with short hair. He was reported to be wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.
Offender 4: Male, black, early 20’s approximately 6”00, thin build. He was reported to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
