UPDATED, March 31, 2018 / Yep. Rain or shine. The Jaycees and the Naperville Junior Woman’s Club host their Easter Egg hunts.
A quick visit to Safety Town under a few raindrops discovered volunteers well identified and hopping to get everything ready where families can join the fun from 10AM to Noon.
The Fest includes an egg hunt, treat stations, live bunnies and photo-ops with the Easter Bunny. Admission is $10 per family to benefit Safety Town and non-perishable food items will be delivered to Loaves & Fishes to help end hunger.
Safety Town is located in the Public Safety Center, 1320 Aurora Ave. at River Road.

Naperville Park District’s Spring Egg-stravaganza March 31
The Park District’s Egg-stravaganza will run twice on March 31 for kids ages 2 to 5. First up, from 9-10AM, then from 10:30-11:30AM at Seager Park, 1163 Plank Road. Preregistration is required and may be completed online at www.napervilleparks.org. The cost is $16 for Naperville residents and $24 for nonresidents and includes prizes, refreshments and outdoor fun. Dress for the weather.
Take Two! Easter Bunny Photos in downtown Naperville March 24
For the second year, the Easter Bunny will be hopping over to the street level lobby entrance of the Hotel Indigo on Water Street so folks can take free photos of their children on Saturday, March 24. Families will find more fun and brunch, too, on this day.
Because Easter falls during spring break this year, this event is earlier than usual, organizers said.
(Note: Parents can snap their own great photos, no photographer present).
All are welcome!
Also, Easter Bunny Festivities will be held from 10AM to 2PM, $15 per child under 12 years old. Festivities include: Easter Egg Hunt throughout Water Street. Select Water Street businesses will have eggs at their reception desks with candy for kids and some giveaways for adults (big and small) that pertain to each establishment.
Hotel Indigo also is giving away a free night’s stay that will be hidden in one of the special eggs. Who will get that lucky egg?

What’s more, from noon to 2PM, March 24, an Easter Bunny Brunch will be held featuring a private sitting with the Easter Bunny. Flashlight Egg Hunt set for March 29 at 7:30PM sharp
Ages 9-13 invited to participate in a 45-minute event at Knoch Knolls Park when the Naperville Park District hosts kids ages 9-13 in its Flashlight Egg Hunt beginning at 7:30PM Thurs., March 29. Parents must be present, but may not assist their children with the hunt.
The Flashlight Egg Hunt is an outdoor, evening event, where kids can hunt for prize-filled eggs and then enjoy refreshments. Participants are asked to bring a flashlight and a bag or basket for the eggs and prizes. Register online for the event at www.napervilleparks.org. The cost is $10 for Naperville residents and $15 for nonresidents.
Kids will hunt for eggs in the lower picnic grove at Knoch Knolls Park, just to the south of Knoch Knolls Nature Center, located at 320 Knoch Knolls Road. Parking is available at the park.
Easter Egg Hunt for Adults, March 28-31

Naperville Jaycees Annual Easter Egg Hunt March 31
Don’t be a minute late for this very important date!
Arrive by 8:55AM on Sat., March 31, in time to be in place when the the horn sounds at 9AM and hundreds, if not thousands, of kids with parents scramble across the outfields to find 14,000 eggs, hidden among the four ball-fields at Frontier Park Sports Complex, 3380 Cedar Glade Rd., just south of 95th Street. Age groups are: 0-2yrs, 3-4yrs, 5-6yrs, 7-8yrs. Bring a basket. Special prizes are available and be prepared to hop to it to visit with the Easter Bunny. Good advice is to arrive 30 minutes early as close-by parking is limited. The Jaycees also will be accepting food donations for Loaves and Fishes.
