Little Friends, Inc. is pleased to announce Mike Briggs as the organization’s new CEO/President beginning March 8.
Briggs, 60, of Naperville has been involved with Little Friends for many years, serving on the Board from 1988-91 and again starting in 2016. Briggs will replace Kristi Landorf who has resigned to spend more time being a mother to her two young boys.
“On behalf of the 800 families we serve, our employees, and the Board of Directors, we wish Kristi much success in the future and thank her for her years of service” said Dan Casey, Board Chairman.

Briggs, a long-time champion for those with disabilities, brings a wealth of business and nonprofit experience to the helm.
“Having had a satisfying career in the private sector, I am excited about the opportunity to create successful outcomes for Little Friend’s clients and their families. At Little Friends, we empower clients with autism and other developmental disabilities to thrive in their community. Our groundbreaking programs and nationally-renowned staff provide lifelong opportunities for growth, so our clients can work, learn, play and experience the joy of life’s everyday moments,” said Briggs.
Briggs moved to Naperville in 1963 and graduated from Naperville Central.  He and his wife Tina have resided in Naperville since 1984 and have two children, and seven grandchildren.
Briggs was formerly the President/COO of three separate companies in a career spanning thirty-five years. Briggs has served on numerous not-for-profit boards including serving as Board Chairman of Millikin University.
