Catch 35 Naperville is set to host special wine event on March 22

Above / Catch 35 Naperville is located at the corner of 35 S. Washington Street at Van Buren Avenue, just steps from the Van Buren Parking Deck in downtown Naperville.

Catch 35 Naperville will host its Kokomo Wine Dinner beginning at 6PM on Wed., March 22.

Guests are welcome to join owner and winemaker Eric Miller from Kokomo Winery for the 5-course dinner that will be paired by Chef Eddie Sweeney and Chef Jesus Pasindo.

Special Menu

Chef Eddie and Chef Jesus have prepared “a menu that is decadent and unique balancing both savory meat and seafood dishes,” said Beth Sweeney for Catch 35.

1st Course / Steak Tartar, Filet mignon, capers, shallots, dill pickles, Dijon mustard, BBQ potato chips; paired with  Kokomo, “Peter’s Vineyard” Pinot Noir, Russian River, 2014.

2nd Course / Potato Leek Soup, Seared foie gras, pea puree, chive oil; paired with Kokomo, “Peter’s Vineyard” Chardonnay, Russian River, 1015.

3rd Course / Chilean Sea Bass, Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus, dill beurre blanc, lentils; paired with Kokomo, “Timber Crest Vineyard”, Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma, 2016.

4th Course / Lamb Shank Pot Pie, Artichoke hearts, fava beans, caramelized shallots; paired with Kokomo, Cuvee, Sonoma, 2014.

5th Course / Crème Brulee, Strawberries, balsamic vinegar, cream cheese; paired with Kokomo, Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley, 2014.

By reservation only

Advance reservations are required. The wine dinner is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

FYI: Kokomo Winery is named after the winemaker’s hometown of Kokomo, Indiana. Kokomo Winery has been making its mark in Sonoma County, unfailingly earning 90-plus ratings, Best of Class, and Gold Medals across all of their varietals since the beginning.
