2nd Annual Chocolate Walk is set to benefit 360 Youth Services on Feb. 11

UPDATE Feb. 11, 2017 / Downtown Naperville is bustling with folks carrying red tins, trying to beat the clock before the 360 Youth Services Chocolate Walk ends at 5PM.  Just before noon, Dee Dee and Mira were busy at Dean’s Fine Clothing, getting set for walkers to stop by for award-winning doughnuts from DeEtta’s Bakery. The “Lucky Number” at Dean’s is 99. Dean’s is located at 226 S. Main Street.

UPDATE Jan. 20, 2017 / First Community Financial Bank in Naperville Plaza (top photo) provided a place to pick up Chocolate Walk tickets in advance. A limit of 500 tickets are available for the 2nd Annual Chocolate Walk to benefit 360 Youth Services.

Original Post Jan. 13, 2017 / Tickets are now on sale for the 2nd Annual Chocolate Walk, an event held throughout downtown Naperville.

The sweetheart event, presented by First Community Financial Bank, is set for noon to 5PM on Sat., Feb. 11, just in time to find ideas for Valentine’s Day.

In partnership with the Downtown Naperville Alliance and benefiting 360 Youth Services, tickets are available during business hours, 9AM to 5PM, Mon. through Fri., at 360 Youth Services, 1305 Oswego Road.

Attendees will receive a commemorative souvenir Chocolate Tin along with a map touring many Downtown Naperville shops and restaurants to experience chocolate tasty treats and chocolate surprises.

During the popular inaugural event, participants discovered “a perfectly delectable way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with the ones you love in support of a great cause,” organizers said.

It’s a Bling Thing, 14 Jackson Avenue, 10AM to 7PM daily and Noon to 6PM Sun.

Tickets are $30 each by cash or check made payable to 360 Youth Services.

To pay by credit card, call (630) 961-2992 x1129 ($2 service fee applies).  Tickets purchased with a credit card will be held at Will Call or can be picked up at the 360 Youth Services administrative office located at 1305 Oswego Road in Naperville.
