Naper Nostalgia / June 2016

-

Above /As part of the Riverwalk 2000 Campaign to extend the brick path along the DuPage River from Washington Street to Hillside Road, then-Riverwalk Commission Chairman Cliff Preston put finishing touches on the Jaycees Gazebo back in 2001.

Cliff Preston has been featured in Naper Nostalgia in print as well as other stories and photos in Positively Naperville many times for his dedication to the Naperville Jaycees, the Riverwalk and the community. Today, more than ever, we’re recognizing his energy, service and can-do spirit that began when he and his wife, Eleanor, arrived here to raise their family in 1952.
