Equal Fun for Everyone – No Summer Blues Here

-

Looking for a summer filled with fun, excitement and adventure – look no further.

Summer camps with Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) are filled with sports, games, music, crafts, swimming and everything your child needs to make summer 2016 the best one ever.

Families have several options to choose from. The first option is to attend a WDSRA summer camp. In collaboration with Naperville School Districts 203 and 204, there are three camps which meet Monday-Thursday after the summer school morning schedule concludes. Transportation is provided by the school districts directly to the camps. Summer Spectacular Camp (Naperville North High School) has five age appropriate sections for ages 7 to 21. Camp Fantastik (Owen Elementary School) has four age appropriate sections for ages 5 to 12. Camp TIA–Teens In Action (Neuqua Valley High School) is for ages 13-21.

The second option is to continue the fun with our Friday Field Trips. There are two sections: ages 5-12 and ages 13-21. Campers have a full day of fun, friends and activities that take them somewhere new every week.

The fun doesn’t have to end when summer school does. We offer two sections of extended camp (Harvest Bible Chapel) for ages 5-12 and 13-21 as well as Awesome Art Camp (95th Street Center) for ages 2-15.

Of course, if a Naperville Park District summer camp is the best option for your child, WDSRA can provide inclusion services for your camper at no charge to you. Simply indicate the request on your park district registration form.

All of these options are made possible by a tremendous collaboration with the Naperville Park District and the entire school district network of Naperville. What an amazing example of community partnership.
