Naperville Jaycees announce Calum Worthy star of “Austin & Ally” and the “Coppertop Flop Show” will attend Meet and Greet on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the 2015 Last Fling. 

The Naperville Jaycees have scheduled Calum Worthy for a free, public meet and greet at Napleton Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land from 3-5PM Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015. Napleton Valley Hyundai  Family Fun Land, located at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St.,

Calum Worthy stars as Dez, Austin’s loyal and funny best friend, in the Award Winning Disney Channel comedy series “Austin & Ally.” Worthy has appeared in more than 50 different film and television productions, including the role of Lighting Lad on “Smallville;” and co-lead role of Lee in the series “Stormworld” for SyFy Network. He recently completed a lead role in the film “Mostly Ghostly: Have You Met My Ghoulfriend?”

Recently, Calum put on the producer/writer hat and co-created the “Coppertop Flop Show,” now seen on the Disney Channel.

Free wristbands needed for entry

Entrance to Napleton Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land and the meet and greet are free. However, meet and greet attendees must have a wristband. Wristbands will be distributed in Napleton Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land beginning at 10AM, Sunday, Sept. 6, while supplies last. Must be present to receive wristband. Event is subject to change, delay or cancellation.

Get to know the Naperville Jaycees

The Naperville Jaycees is a not-for-profit service organization with more than 100 young people dedicated to providing Naperville area residents with the opportunity to better themselves and to grow personally and professionally while giving through community service and fundraising efforts. Annual events include the Mardi Gras Fundraising Event, Food Giving, Easter Egg Hunt and countless other worthwhile projects that positively impact the community. The group also organizes and staffs the Last Fling in close cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, numerous Naperville community organizations and hundreds of volunteers. Proceeds from the Last Fling are given to other nonprofit organizations in the community and throughout Du Page County.

Over the past two decades, the Naperville Jaycees have raised and donated more than two million dollars to various organizations in the surrounding communities. Through recent partnership with the Naperville Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Network, dues for both organizations are now available at a Dual Membership Rate. Monthly Naperville Jaycee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at Judd Kendall VFW located at 908 West Jackson Avenue in Naperville.
