Thanks to all!

Thanks to all the candidates for participating in the American way. Every single one of the candidates running to serve deserves your attention before any of hopefuls is elected.  They’ve all spent considerable time and energy campaigning to set themselves apart in the field of many talented candidates.  If you have a little time to spend getting to know them before heading to vote, every candidate would be grateful.  After 7PM on Tues., April 7, will be too late.

Update March 29, 2015 / Editor’s Note: No. 1: Several inquiries have wondered about the banner ads for candidates. As an independent, very small business since 2001, PN appreciates the support to pay for buckets of ink, big rolls of newsprint and all the other costs of publishing a news source that’s printed monthly and digital daily. Simply hit your “refresh” button while on any page of this website to see banner ads featured this month include more than candidates in this historic election. Thanks!

No. 2: Inquiring minds have asked where City Council Candidates live in order to determine if they represent all parts of the City. Here’s a list with zip codes that reflect north of 75th Street (60540 and 60563) and south (60565 and 60564):
