Now that we’re into the second month of 2015, I am confident that many of us are still working toward achieving our New Year’s resolutions—at least I hope that is the case. One of the top 10 resolutions every year is to get healthy.
February is National Heart Month, which serves as another reason to stay motivated and continue working toward your fitness goals.
