With a rush of energy, Cary Elwes entered the stage where he found a seat next to Ginny Wehrli-Hemmeter as she was prepared to interview the actor turned writer for Anderson’s.

The fun-loving actor, turned author, shared stories for nearly an hour about making the fairy tale movie, The Princess Bride, in 1987, a film that took nearly a decade to gain a cult following of success on VHS.  Elwes dropped names with fond memories of acting in the film produced and directed by Rob Reiner that had included scenes with Andre the Giant, Billy Crystal, Carol Kane and Peter Falk.
