Brief Bio
Peterik is best known as a member of the band Survivor and vocalist and songwriter of the hit song “Vehicle” by The Ides of March. He also co-wrote the anthem “Eye of the Tiger,” which spent six weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and went double platinum. Peterik has co-written songs for the likes of .38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackhawk, Cheap Trick, Sammy Hagar, Cathy Richardson, Van Zant, REO Speedwagon and The Beach Boys.
After Peterik’s momentous decision to leave Survivor in the late 1990s, his first priority was to create the ultimate rock experience. By 2000, Peterik’s World Stage had made its debut. The show invites the very best artists to the stage and is an exhibition of the many hits Peterik and these artists made in collaboration over the years. The World Stage has featured stars from a vast array of genres, including rock, pop, country and jazz.
