Naperville North High School Performing Arts Center – 899 No. Mill St. Naperville, IL 60563
NNHS is proud to introduce our new award winning set designer and technical director, Patrick Spreadbury. Patrick is focusing his efforts on creating a modern era setting, the 1960’s, for this original battle of the sexes production Much Ado About Nothing. Much Ado About Nothing contemplates Benedick and Beatrice, both opposed to marriage and each other as they hide their infatuation beneath witty barbs; and young love blossoms as Hero and Claudio race to the altar. When the wicked Don John conspires to break up the wedding, will false accusations and misunderstandings prevent the young couple’s happy ending? The timelessness of Shakespeare’s words will show why this is one of his most popular and delightful comedies. Friday Night Reception, sponsored by DeEtta’s Bakery, follows the Oct. 24 performance Performances are October 24 and 25 at 7PM, October 26 at 2PM. Ticket Prices: $5 Students/Seniors; $10 Adults.
