The courts and the legislature have been busy tweaking the rules for Neighborhood, Condominium and Community Associations. On Saturday, September 20th, the Naperville Area Homeowners Confederation will provide insights and advice on how Boards can comply, conform and stay legal.
A representative from area law firm Tressler LLP will be on hand to walk through the recent Palm II court case and discuss how this decision impacts Homeowner and Condominium Associations. He will also touch on new state laws and, time permitting, review liability issues that may apply to Homeowner and Neighborhood Association special events.
Additionally, the Confederation will preview its program schedule for upcoming meetings, planned Candidate Forums, and other information Naperville Homeowners need to know.
The meeting will begin at 8AM in meeting rooms B&C of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle Street, at 8AM with coffee and networking sponsored by Baum Property Management, AAMC. The business meeting begins at 8:30AM and will adjourn by 10AM. All Naperville area homeowners and neighborhood association members are welcome!
