The 3-week long show is the largest in Illinois and will feature six brand new, beautifully crafted homes in the highly acclaimed community of Ashwood Park North.
Presented by the Northern Illinois Homebuilders Association (NIHBA), the single-site event will be open to the public daily for viewing between 10AM and 9PM.
Participating builders selected by NIHBA include Crestview Builders, James Scott Design & Build, Kings Court Builders, and Overstreet Builders, Inc.— all of which are some of the area’s most renowned builders in the industry.
Whether looking to build a new home, remodel or redecorate your current home, or search for home improvement inspiration, Ashwood Park’s Cavalcade of Homes event is the perfect opportunity to tour stunning, fully decorated homes highlighting the latest and greatest in new home construction, design, appliances, technology and more.
The featured homebuilders will showcase a diverse selection of well appointed, custom two-story floor plans. Guests can tour all six homes, which include up to 4 bedrooms, 3-car garages, 5.5 baths, custom closets and kitchens, and more than 4,600 square feet of living space.
Throughout this year’s show, guests can also engage in a variety of planned community activities and promotions that the entire family can enjoy, including themed events such as Ladies Night Out, Man Cave Night, Military/Veterans Day and Family Day.
This year’s Cavalcade of Homes charities will include Make a Wish Foundation and Changing Children’s Worlds Foundation. Custom made playhouses and doghouses contributed by participating builders will be auctioned at the home show, with all proceeds going to Changing Children’s Worlds Foundation.
During opening ceremonies on the evening of July 24, the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association presented a $1,000 gift to Naperville Responds For Our Veterans.
Tickets can be purchased for $12 at the gate and $10 online. Children under age 12 are free, and multi-admission tickets are available for purchase on the event’s website.
